Oxygen Coach turns your altitude, sleep, recovery and training data into a plan you can act on — and, crucially, tells you whether it's actually working. WHAT IT DOES • Altitude adaptation, measured. Log your sleep-high nights (tent or camp) and Oxygen Coach models your haemoglobin mass over time, projects where it's heading, and shows when to add or hold your dose. • Recovery that understands altitude. Altitude temporarily suppresses HRV, so a raw recovery score tanks after a night up high — even when you're adapting well. Oxygen Coach scores last night's HRV against what your altitude predicts, shows your typical range at that altitude, and flags when your HRV rebounds afterwards. • Know if last night worked. Your overnight SpO₂, heart rate and HRV are read against your own baseline and reframed for altitude, so you can tell an expected dip from a real problem. • Guided, science-backed sessions. Run repeated-sprint (RSH) intervals and sauna, heat suit, cold plunge and HBOT timers — each anchored to the published protocol, with interval mode and save-to-repeat. • Plan toward a goal. Build a plan that works backward from a target date and see the projected haemoglobin change before you commit.
