You can’t save your favorite shows. It doesn’t automatically play the next episode. You have to completely close the app and then go back in, sift through all the shows and all the episodes to pick up where you left off. Captions don’t match the video. It’s just awful. Says to remove & reinstall app. No luck. No luck with contact - get some generic response. I also can’t find shows the way I used to. I desperately want the old format and app back. I’ll open up a show to watch and then turn my phone sideways for full screen and it will crash. That happens over and over until I give up. I’ll also be mid way through an episode and it will crash and of course it doesn’t start back where I left off. You cannot cast it or Apple Play 3. It doesn’t allow you to find the show you were watching previously. There is no continue watching area. So you have to go digging for, or remember the name of the show you were watching to find the last episode. The user experience is terrible. They clearly must not have any UI developers there and I’m not sure what the back and developers are doing. You can’t locate a show and view the episodes easily. Also there are way too many commercials. The same commercial plays every 3-4 minutes.
