It stated it would be $107.02 if I ordered on the app. Downloaded the app for it to still be $125.90. That was strike one because why are y’all lying and wasting people time? Strike two was me being in the midst of placing my order through Apple Pay, pressing process and it just took me back to the check out page instead of showing me the order was completed which is super sus! So not only did I download the app for no reason but there seems to be a glitch in your checkout in the app. Now I don’t want to order anything at all. Going to wait 24-48 hours to make sure you guys didn’t charge my card… this whole process was super annoying. ### 3/5 — Honesty *2024-09-05* I was on the website and was going to order when it said that I could get the items for a cheaper price if I did it through the app so I downloaded the app but the price remained the same. I can sign into my account when using it through an internet browser but as soon as I try to use the app it says my info is incorrect. I even used the password app on my iPhone and it logs me online but no the app. I had issues with the previous EHP app too. I asked customer service for help with reapplying the discount. They offered to refund the difference for one month so that I could have the discount one more month, but offered no solution to the ongoing subscription price. They just stopped replying to me. I guess they just don’t want to deal with it, asking for help made me feel like I was bothering them. ### 1/5 — App doesn’t work *2024-05-13* I can’t even order my supplements. It keeps telling me I need to complete the human verification even though I keep doing it and the green check appears. It also keeps saying that my email is an invalid phone number when the field asked for an email and not a phone number. Tried entering a phone number and it still didn’t work. Went to tiktok to read reviews about the product even though every where else said its good.. anyways i read a video about how Oxyshred underdoses their ingredience, therefore just being expensive caffeine. At 9pm, ONE HOUR LATER. i went back to cancel my order. They said they couldnt cancel it due to it being close to being shipped out. Really? Yall shipping at 9pm? Check back the next day and there’s no shipping number… so how was it too late to cancel a non shipped order? This company clearly only cares about money and isnt letting go of it once they get their stingy hands on it.
