You can now say what happened instead of typing it. Tap the microphone on a new incident, speak in your own words, and your speech becomes text on your iPhone. The audio is deleted straight after and is never uploaded or kept.

Your words stay yours. The transcript becomes the details of the record, and the assistant only proposes a title, a category, a severity and a date for you to review. If you would rather a steadier wording for a report, an optional rewrite is one tap away, and your original dictation is kept on the record either way.

Also in this update: pasting a conversation now works when you have not added any screenshots, and exports describe more precisely which words are yours and which the assistant proposed.
