App is clunky and error after error within its content. Delivery is slow and often with wrong items/missing items. Customer service is beyond a joke. No idea of how to provide any kind of useable service. Order food and deliver food is simple but not with this complaint. Avoid avoid avoid!

Beware, they share their customers data and I was tipped off to this. They should update their privacy policy and make sure that their staff doesn’t share the ordering patterns of their clients. I’ve deleted the app now because of this.

They have the rudest customer service officer and even worse the rudest delivery men you could ever imagine!
Such a disappointment!

Sincerely? Oyanow is really Oya Now, it’s instant and fast.. I don’t have to jump from one taxi to another just to get my sharwarma😋.. 😁 Life is easier 🥳🤩
