The app is very convenient and easy to use. My only complaint is that you cannot get a person to help resolve a customer service issue. I received two pairs of pants recently that still had security tags on them. I had no luck contacting a person by phone or email, so I returned them using the process provided and absorbed the return shipping cost, which while minimal, I don’t believe to be fair.
