1980 yılında kurulan Öz Ağaç-İş Sendikası, HAK-İŞ Konfederasyonuna bağlı bir işçi sendikasıdır. Genel Başkanı Av. Tuncay DOLU olan Öz Ağaç-İş Sendikasının Genel Merkezi Ankara'dadır. 
Ağaç, Kağıt, Mobilya ve Sunta iş kolunun en büyük işçi topluluğu olan Öz Ağaç-İş Sendikası bünyesinde, Türkiye genelinde 11 bine yakın üyesi mevcuttur. Öz Ağaç-İş sendikası ulusal faaliyetlerin yanı sıra uluslararası alanda da faaliyet göstermektedir.
Sendikamız aynı zamanda Avrupa İnşaat ve Ağaç İşçileri Federasyonu (EFBWW/FETBB), Avrupa Sendikalar Konfederasyonu (ETUC) üyesidir.
