## What is OzDeals?

OzDeals is where Aussies go to find deals before everyone else does.

It started as a community of bargain hunters posting the deals they find and voting on which ones are actually worth it — the good stuff rises to the top of the feed, the duds don't.

Here's what you can actually do with it:
- Scroll a live feed of deals, ranked by how hot the community thinks they are
- Grab coupon and promo codes for stores you already shop at
- Set an alert and get pinged the moment a price you're watching drops
- Save deals to a wishlist instead of losing them in your feed
- Post a deal yourself in under a minute if you spot one

Deals cover tech, gaming, home, fashion, beauty, groceries and travel — everything from a few bucks off to half-price blowouts — from Amazon AU, eBay, JB Hi-Fi, Woolworths, Coles, Kmart, Big W and plenty of smaller retailers too. It's built specifically for Australia, so you're not wading through deals that don't ship here, and it's tuned for the big local sale events: Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Click Frenzy, Boxing Day, EOFY, Prime Day.

Posting a deal is much smoother
- Every step now checks your entry when you tap Continue and points straight to what needs fixing, instead of leaving the button greyed out with no explanation

- The keyboard no longer closes while you scroll a form

Better deal pages
- Cleaner, more compact layout with a clear expiry status banner
- Titles now get four lines, and the store name sits above the image
- Countdown urgency now kicks in at 72h, 48h and 24h
- Fixed text and chips overflowing on smaller screens

Smarter search
- Accents no longer matter — "cafe" finds "café"
- Close matches are suggested instead of an empty screen
- Brand names are indexed properly, so partial brand words find the deal
