لايوجد تعامل جيد يوجد تاخير تجاوز ساعة للخدمة ولم يتك حل المشكله للوقت المحدد من قبلي تم التواصل لتاجيل الموعد للغد فقط اسوء تطبيق يمكن التعامل معه وقت المشكلات لايمكن ان يكون سبا

يبغالكم تقفلو المشروع اذا ما تعرفو كيف تلتزمون بالوقت ! للاسف مرتين عطيتهم فرصة دائما متأخرين ساعة ساعتين ! و التواصل معاهم صعب و متعب ما انصح احد ابدا يتعامل  معاهم  حيطلعو عينكم الين يجون عالموعد

The service itself was good, but the experience was a disaster. Both the masseuse and nail technician were about 45 minutes late, and I had to chase them down for updates. Costumer service was completely unresponsive and I was brushed off with “this happens sometimes”. Instead of a relaxing experience dealing with their lack of professionalism and organization. Absolutely unacceptable.

عدم القدرة على تقديم الخدمة لثلاث مرات متتالية ( مرتين تاخير ومرة عدم القدوم نهائياً) وغش واحتيال بالتعامل حيث انه تم دفع المبلغ كامل مسبقا،  ولكن مع الأسف ممثلة الإدارة وعدت إرجاع كامل المبلغ بسب سوء الخدمة ولكن تم خصم ٢٥٪؜. بدل التعويض عن الوقت الي ضاع في انتظارهم ورفعة الظغط.

للاسف طلبتهم مرة وتاخروا ربع ساعة ولما وصلت العاملة ناسية اغراض المساج غريب كيف تطلع لخدمة بدون اغراض وراح علي اليوم والفلوس وحرق اعصاب بدال ما اروق
وعلو اساس تعرض الخدمة وحجزت في يوم ثاني تاخير ساعة ولا احد يرد او يستجيب جدا سئيين علما بانهم في السابق افضل

تم سحب كامل المبلغ الموجود في محفظتي داخل التطبيق دون أي إشعار أو توضيح مسبق.

للأسف، مرّ أكثر من شهر على تقديمي للبلاغ، وحتى الآن لم يتم حل المشكلة أو إعادة المبلغ، مع أنني تواصلت مع خدمة العملاء عدة مرات. الردود كانت بطيئة وغير واضحة، ولم يتم تزويدي بحل فعلي أو إطار زمني لمعالجة الخلل، وهذا يعكس ضعفًا في مستوى خدمة العملاء وعدم تحمل المسؤولية تجاه أموال المستخدمين.

ما حدث يثير القلق حول أمان التطبيق وموثوقيته، خاصة أن الأمر يتعلق بمبالغ مالية تخص العملاء. من غير المقبول أن يتم خصم الرصيد بهذه الطريقة بعد تحديث يفترض أنه لتحسين الخدمة.

I had three experiences with this place:
1.First visit: Great. The massage was good and it made me come back.
2.Second visit: Terrible. I specifically asked for a soft massage, and I got the complete opposite. I kept asking her to go softer and she ignored me the whole time. I left with bruises all over my body.
3.Third visit: I decided to give them another chance and booked a hair removal session. They were 2.5 hours late, customer service barely responded, and when they did, they just said they had “too many appointments.” If you can’t handle multiple bookings in a day, don’t accept them.
When the technician finally showed up, it ended up being one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. She literally removed a layer of my skin. When I asked if I should see a doctor, they just said to use a cream and that they would update me during their working hours.
Of course, they didn’t. I had to message them again for an update. They finally called and asked for a medical report so they could offer compensation. I went to the emergency room and sent the report. It’s been an hour now, and I’m pretty sure they won’t respond because their working hours end at 9 PM.

Not recommended at all. Zero customer service, zero work quality, no respect for people’s time, and on top of everything, they are extremely expensive.
