## What is Ozees?

Ozees is a training log built for the gym floor: one hand, a 45-second rest, and no time to type.

FOR LIFTERS
• Every set arrives filled in with last time's numbers. Tick it, or nudge the weight with a stepper.
• The rest timer starts itself when you finish a set, and anything timed counts itself down.
• Your session is saved as you go and survives a locked phone, a call, or no signal.
• Swap an exercise for the day without losing its history.
• Progress shows each lift over time and a smoothed bodyweight trend with its weekly change.
• Log walks, runs, rides and classes too; they show everywhere without muddying your program.
• Train with no program at all, pick one from the built-in shelf, or write your own.

FOR COACHES
• Write programs once and assign them to clients, or hand a client the pen.
• An inbox of what each client is waiting on: check-ins to read, missed sessions, meals off plan.
• Every client's main lifts side by side, with estimated maxes and the change since they started.
• Weekly check-ins with your own questions, comments on meals and check-ins, form-check videos.
• Food targets per client, with meals logged by photo, search or barcode.

FOOD
• Search foods or scan a barcode, set protein, carbs and fat targets, and see the day at a glance.
• Food data from USDA FoodData Central and Open Food Facts.

YOUR DATA
• No ads, no trackers, and your data is never sold.
• Export everything, photos included, or delete your account from inside the app.

Ozees is for people 16 and older. It is a training log, not medical advice; check with a doctor before starting a new program.
