This app is fantastic!  I am a strong believer in alternative forms of medicine having had some bad reactions to pharmaceuticals in the past.  This is a very welcome addition to my life and is also a lot of fun to use.  The wealth of information in this app is absolutely staggering and far more than I could ever think possible in a mobile app.  Highly recommended!🙏

Waking up is gentler too: a soft bell is the new default alarm, starting at a comfortable level you can adjust with your phone's volume buttons while it rings.

Setup is quicker, with a step removed that did not apply to your phone.
