I only used the app because their website is so busted the “add to order” button doesn’t work. Between the exorbitant $26 delivery fee and an app interface that feels like it’s straight out of the 90s, the experience was poor from the start. To make matters worse, my order never arrived. When I requested a refund, they shortchanged me by $1.32, and despite their confirmation email stating it would be processed immediately, I’ve had to chase them repeatedly. Even after multiple calls and emails, I’m still waiting for my money.
