The App just can’t work properly - the battery functionality of the locks added is not generating enough alerts. I don’t think it’s monitoring it at all. The OS is slow. User experience is pretty lame.

App needs a lot of work , takes too much time to unlock locks fails to respond sometimes , videodoor bell takes lot of time to connect . Needs lot of updates overall to smoothen the experience. I have been using ozone product for last 4 yrs now . As compared to others the product are not as satisfactory in justifying their price .

This app does not work properly, don’t get notifications all the time. It vanished and suddenly returns. I have been using this app for 3 months but not satisfied at all.
