## What is Ozon Seller?

Manage the sales using your phone with the Ozon Seller app. We're adding new functions and tools from the seller account to let Ozon partners manage their sales, respond quickly to changes at the marketplace and solve business tasks away from the computer in just a couple of clicks.

Using the app, you can: 
- register new stores: we'll show how to set everything up from creating a store to the first sale;
- receive notifications about new reviews and questions, orders and returns, Ozon news and app updates;
- create and edit PDPs;
- manage orders: confirm packaging and shipping orders, process returns, track information about your warehouses and supplies to the Ozon warehouses;
- communicate with customers and Ozon support in personal chats, answer questions, reply to reviews and discount requests;
- check the detailed sales, competitors and finance analytics; 
- promote your business: participate in promotions, set up advertising campaigns, set the most attractive prices for your products;
- manage your accounts and finances in Ozon Bank;
- work with several stores;
- get the latest news about the marketplace.

При повышении цены товара с 300 до 320 рублей комиссия с 37% превратилась в 83%. Интересно, не правда ли?
Регулярные списания не объясняются, поддержка сваливает все вопросы на бота, а если доходит до человека, вопрос списывается со счетов и никто ничего решить/объяснить не хочет. 
Новые комиссии, повышение их стоимости без каких-либо предупреждений. Зато сотни уведомлений об абсолютно бесполезных вещах приходят сразу же
Само приложение тоже оставляет желать лучшего. Не грузится, самопроизвольно сбрасывается количество товаров на складе
Возвраты оставляли на своих складах (должны были возвращаться на мой склад). После составления заявки на возврат товаров мне, две недели меня игнорировали, пока кто-то не заказал эти позиции. В поддержке развели руками: «вы же оформили заявку, ожидайте»

Озон занимается рекетом. В одностороннем порядке меняет условия договора в процессе доставки заказов, затем начинает удерживать у себя товар на складах, через поменянные условия договора, дальше эти товары катает от клиента до клиента, выставляя суммы за услуги свои, тем самым навязывает услуги, которые не запрашивал у него, а потом за эти услуги требует деньги и шантажирует судом и блокировками. Не работаем с ними уже больше года, а они все шантаж присылают и суммы выставляют, хотя ничего на их склады не поставляли ни когда, работали по ФБС всегда.
