I scanned around 440 Funko Pops into their app and received a quote of $2,500. Since my "sale" exceeded $100, I qualified for their "free" shipping offer. After submitting my list, they emailed me with shipping labels attached. I packaged everything into nine boxes, brought them to USPS, and sent them off. A few days later, I noticed the tracking information hadn’t updated. I contacted USPS, and my case was escalated to the Postal Service Distribution Center. That’s when I was informed the shipping labels Ozone Toys provided were counterfeit. I had to drive to my county’s distribution center to resolve the issue, submitting copies of the emails to prove I wasn’t aware the labels were fake. I even had to sign a “first warning” notice, as using counterfeit shipping labels is a crime. On their website, Ozone Toys claims: "Our team of collectible experts is here to assist you through every stage of the selling process. Whether you have questions about pricing, shipping, or anything else, we're just a message away. Benefit from personalized support tailored to your needs, ensuring a smooth and informed selling experience." This couldn’t be further from the truth. When I informed them that USPS had flagged the labels as counterfeit, their response was essentially, “No, they’re not,” and they ignored my follow-up emails requesting assistance. I rarely leave reviews, even for bad service, but Ozone Toys takes advantage of collectors and their property.
