I don’t find as many brand bargains. Often the prices can also be deceiving because they aren’t cheaper than when you google the products themselves and can find them cheaper elsewhere or even that the original price is listed as ridiculously high. They have a stupid message system where nobody replies to your messages. Maybe too many shoes ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Cancelled Order, No Explanation, and Higher Price? *2025-11-27, version 10.6* I placed an order on OZSALE and on the very day the delivery was supposed to arrive at my home, they suddenly cancelled it out of nowhere, saying I would be refunded. As if I wanted a refund… I wanted my product! They didn’t explain the reason for the cancellation at all, had to reach out myself to find out. To make things worse, after claiming the item was “out of stock,” the product mysteriously reappeared on the website, now with a higher price. Strange, right? A very frustrating and unprofessional experience. ### 1/5 — MISLEADING WEBSITE. *2025-11-27, version 10.6* I purchased several products and waited seven daysthey were meant to be gifts. On the seventh day, you cancelled all the items. This is a complete lack of respect for the consumer. You even blamed the supplier. How is it possible that none of the items were available? This is dishonest and misleading behaviour. I will be taking legal action against your company. ### 1/5 — How can an online retailer be this bad and still be allowed to trade? *2025-11-21, version 10.6* I ordered a pair of Adidas sneakers size men’s 11 US. They sent me size 9. Then the jumping through hoops to return the item began. I re-ordered with the assistant confirming on their message platform they had size 11 and guaranteed they will send the correct size. Exactly the same outcome the second time as the first. So now I have to go through the nightmare process of returning again. This has cost me time and money. Thousands and thousands of dollars in around 50 orders over maybe a decade. I even won a $1000 competition, I was that good a customer. But now they are completely untrustworthy. They used to honour returns properly. But now they leave it entirely up to their “sellers” which means the seller can just refuse your return, even though you fully complied with the OZSALE return policy. OZSALE does nothing. So their return policy is now useless. Which means they’re now a useless business. DO NOT TRUST OZSALE ANYMORE. ### 1/5 — Bad app *2025-09-21, version 10.3* App is slow, glitchy and broken. Tried buying clothes and they weren’t appearing in the checkout, after a minute or two they appeared and I proceeded to the payment with a total of $110 and paid it, checked my banking app and it had charged me $330. I attempted to get a refund, but they only offered a credit for their mistake. Their responses were mostly automated or pre-prepared, and they showed no effort to investigate the issue. If you’re buying, be prepared that you might receive the wrong size items and that you may not get your money back. Won’t use this app again. ### 1/5 — Bad service *2025-01-28, version 9.16* They will put items on promotion but once you paid and money deducted after few days they will start canceling the order 1 by 1 i order before Christmas most of my order are cancelled specifically the sale items and the full price item is not been delivered until today which is already almost 40 days. ### 1/5 — DO NOT BUY FROM OZSALE *2025-01-13, version 9.15* Ordered multiple parcel almost two months ago, it says it was supposed to be delivered by 12-17 December, and its January 13th and there is no sign of delivery. Tried calling them and it goes straight to voicemail, which says message box is full and we can’t leave messages. Left messages from ozsale app, still haven’t heard anything. Am i just supposed to wait for months and months without having 2 way communication??? This is so frustrating. DO NOT BUY from OZSALE .
