I e called customer support several times they haven’t been any help. I’m frustrated because I need to check my account! There is no update on my phone for this app but it keeps saying it need another update when I try to log in. It won’t let me reset anything because it keeps saying out of network! Before and after the outage, the app worked well and navigation is fairly easy.
