Before and after the outage, the app worked well and navigation is fairly easy. A loss of access should never happen, but if it does, and email should be sent immediately to clients. ### 5/5 — App loading *2026-02-03, version 4* The app is not loading, it is stuck in downloading page with a white screen and the pale crossed Wi-Fi icon indicating that there are some communication problems. ### 5/5 — Problem *2025-02-06* What is going on with the app? I can’t get in to use it! ### 5/5 — Quick way to check FSA product eligibility *2024-02-06* The app makes it very easy to confirm whether an item is eligible for FSA usage before purchase. With the EZ-Scan feature, simply scan the item’s barcode, and it immediately tells you whether or not it’s eligible. No more guessing, Google searches, or denied claims. It’s also a quick way to see what your account balance is. No, I would not recommend attempting to use the app as a one-stop-shop for managing your FSA, but that’s not the point of this app. This is intended as a quick reference while you’re actively shopping. You’ll still need to log onto the computer every once and a while to do things like submitting documentation and making check reimbursement requests. ### 4/5 — What happened?? *2026-02-28, version 7* **update** 2/27 after receiving the response from P&A, I uninstalled the app again and reinstalled and now it is back to working! 2/4 This app used to work great, not sure when that changed, but now it never loads, can’t even log in. ### 3/5 — Same issue. Can’t sign in. *2025-01-14* App is broken as described by others. Still doesn’t allow authentication. MFA is failing. I have tried it again in the new year and it accepts the user/ password authentication. Giving it a tentative 3 stars as basic functionality seems to work. As of today 01/30/26 the app will NOT load on my phone causing me to have to go online to conduct my business. I tried uninstalling and installing the app and it did not fix the problem. ### 2/5 — No Biometrics login *2025-04-11* This app is a replacement or updated app and it functions the same in my opinion, however, there is no biometric log in options such as face login in.
