This app is a joke! Every time I try to enter my credentials it freezes and crashes.

In addition to the “app” basically being a web browser, it hasn’t been updated in 3 years and doesn’t even use the entire screen on newer phones!

Claims submitted by fax? I was so happy to get the app because it showed I could take pics and submit electronically but have tried tons of times and same message about network error. What the what. Each time have to start over. How about you guys go to Navia benefits so they can train you all. So bummed my employer switched :( also haven’t gotten my credit card either!

Terrible app. Signed up, logged in, and the only thing it has is my profile. No information on my health savings acct balance, transactions, or expiration date. Pointless app, offers no help, and was a waste of my time. At least it was only a 30 minute waste of time and not 5 hours on hold for customer “service” which actually happened.

This app is extremely out of date. Will not open in the past two weeks! I even re-downloaded to make sure my phone wasn’t just acting up. What is the point? There hasn’t been any app updates in a year!!

Downloaded and re-downloaded on multiple devises and the app doesn’t even launch. Def need to address this bug as the website is terrible for mobile.

This app is so unstable there are times it will not open or respond.  Updates within the apps I.e.  go at I’m submitted v cvg slim status are at times nonexistent.   It’s frustrating

App frequently freezes and has to be deleted and downloaded again. It’s also difficult to submit claims, I find even though I get a confirmation, it doesn’t actually process and I have to submit everything again.  The drop down menus make it difficult to pick the correct account as well because you can’t see the entire name and if you have multiple accounts you can’t figure out which one you are trying to use.
