It’s so bad that it’s going to force me to leave. That’s a shame because aside from this, I like the bank and the prompt customer service, plenty of branches, and general ease of use. This issue has the potential to ruin what’s been built up as a great business. Usually when I’m looking at the app I want to complete an action quickly like check money has gone into a particular account or transfer something, not look at my overall amount in the bank. Update, it’s updated and there are now even more steps to log in. Now I open the app, press log in, then it will Face ID, then I get a screen with my main account balance and then a balance of all my accounts combined for some reason. So even to view my accounts, instead a list being on the homescreen, I now have to go into another menu which is another 3 presses or press the shortcut button to get there but I don’t understand what the logic is in so many steps while every other app that I use has less?
