Having to repeat your name date of birth, and booking number so many times is so time consuming and frustrating. Doesn’t appear to send. Meanwhile the message has infact sent and your recipient has got it the number of time you pushed SEND. Other times messages take forever to receive and so a flowing conversation is lost. Other times it just disconnects you. Sign up was difficult and my daughter couldn’t be added to the group even though she has never used it before it told her she already had an account. ### 1/5 — C U Next Tuesday of an App *2024-06-03, version 4.37* The app is trash. Doesn’t even work. Has to be the worse excuse for an app I have ever seen. If I could give it a negative review I would. My friend got diagnosed with polio, and he was more upset when using this app. I would rather get back together with my ex than ever use this app again. I would rather have a tea party with Ivan Milat than use this app again. Absolute Dog Doo Doo. Trash. Dumpster fire. One small thing - the part on the homepage where it has the countdown of days/hours/minutes until your cruise…it needs to be fixed up. I made a mistake with my family name in the App. My correct name is on my ticket and also the website. I’ve tried correct it via live chat and also in a phone conversation and so far it’s not been corrected. I have the latest app update and phone update. My partner is also having the same issue and I noticed there are other reviews similar.
