The P+R CFL app gives you the opportunity to use the P+R facilities in a modern, digital and seamless way. Get your subscription, or your ticket for a CFL P+R within the app and use the P+R with only very limited interaction at the P+R lot itself. Credentials are valid and work with POST. The P+R app remains on the login screen after authentication. L’interface est parlante et il est facile de naviguer a travers elle. ### 1/5 — On doit se ré-authentifier tout le temps *2025-01-08* L’application ne conserve pas le login, et on est obligé d’entrer à nouveau son e-mail et mot de passe quasi à chaque lancement. Aussi, comme indiqué dans un autre commentaire, la localisation en arrière plan est mal faite et consomme tout le temps de la batterie. Cela oblige de forcer la fermeture de l’application après chaque usage. ### 1/5 — Pas pratique, on ne comprend rien *2024-11-28* Gratuité pendant 24h, je relis 3 fois le long texte d’explication et je n’ai toujours pas compris désolé. Il faut faire un paiement pour introduire un CB ? Parfait mon app ne sera donc pas prête au moment où j’en ai besoin je vais encore perdre du temps le jour J. Les traductions françaises sont approximatives, il y a des fautes et des textes anglais. Au passage plus d’abonnement à Luxembourg gare les tarifs explosent donc. Hier je m’y suis garé impossible d’obtenir un reçu aux bornes avec le nouveau système… bouchon à la sortie et barrière finalement levée pour tt le monde, insupportable si j’avais su je n’aurais pas payer pour perdre tout ce temps. Et cerise sur le gâteau c’est encore à mon de faire des démarches mais seulement l’année prochaine car le cfl n’est pas encore prêt pour me faire rembourser tout ce qui est sur mon ancienne carte d’abonné qui ne fonctionne plus (ce dont je n’ai jamais été averti d’ailleurs). ### 2/5 — Super idée mais app à améliorer *2024-07-04* Très belle initiative de CFL : pratique et bien rôdé avec les parking et la reconnaissance des plaques d’immatriculation. Ça marche très bien. Par contre de gros soucis avec l’activation de la gratuité et la géolocalisation. L’app me bouffe la batterie tout le temps. Obligé de killer l’app manuellement. De plus, très souvent l’app ne m’active pas la dernière étape « > 1,5km ». Heureusement le support CFL fait les choses manuellement lorsque l’on les contacte. Une petite mise-à-jour de l’app s’il vous plaît 🙏 ### 3/5 — Consommation batterie *2024-05-17* L’application fonctionne beaucoup mieux quant à la géolocalisation depuis quelques semaines. Cependant l’application consomme 28% de la batterie à elle seule. Ça n’est pas acceptable. ### 1/5 — Ne fonctionne *2024-04-13* L appli reste en anglais alors que la langue est détectée en français . Je ne peux pas m’enregistrer iPhone sous iOS 16.7.7 ### 2/5 — Ergonomie passable *2024-04-06* L’ergonomie peut être grandement améliorée, taille de police trop grande sur certain boutons, le label ne peut s’afficher complètement. Champs de formulaire avec focus aléatoire, le champs du code postal semble être considéré comme un champs de mot de passe par les gestionnaires de mot de passes? Onboarding à « planté ». Pop up qui demande de valider les termes et condition « yes / no » sans mettre le lien vers lesdites conditions. Certains contenues en anglais, malgré que le reste de l’UI est en français. ### 1/5 — Renoncement *2024-03-11* Cette application nous a fait renoncer à la solution parking relais. Malgré l'application rigoureuse des consignes d'utilisation, trop souvent, on se retrouve à devoir payer jusqu'à 14€ au lieu de la gratuité promise... Sérieusement, est-ce que Rodange peut être comparé à Belval ? Y a-t-il un centre commercial attractif entraînant l'utilisation abusive de ce parking relais ? NON L'instauration du paiement à Rodange est contre-productif.
