However at this time it is best to go in person or use another app to order. There is currently no easy way to report an issue such as missing or incorrect items, let alone receive a refund. This is especially a problem if getting drinks or shakes, as they do not bundle the items together to ensure full delivery, so no way to tell if the shake was never picked up with the food or if it was but the driver kept it. They also farm delivery out to Uber, but without delivery instructions so I’ve had to guide every single one down my street, thru my complex, to my door. I have also had the app spend a few weeks suddenly refusing to recognize addresses as valid, making it impossible to order at all. There are often nice deals thru the app but honestly the bugs, missing functionality, and delivery issues makes it difficult to keep using it. ### 2/5 — Employee (diamond) *2026-05-01, version 2.5* This ride employees at P. Terry's Burger Stand #36 - Gleannloch was very disrespectful towards me and another employee. Please do something about this. She also got my order wrong and I never got the rest of the stuff that was missing. ### 1/5 — Delays + No Support *2025-12-24, version 2.5* Multiple times there must have been some disconnect with the 3rd part delivery service because it would take 3x longer to get delivered than quoted. And by that time the food is cold. The app says to contact the store with issues, but if you try, you mostly get infinite rings with no one picking up. If someone finally does pick up, they tell you there’s nothing they can do to help you. ### 1/5 — Canceling orders *2025-10-20, version 2.5* I wish I could rate this app higher because I love P. But the app shows no mobile ordering often lately and there’s no rewards. Terry’s and will literally fight anyone who says there are better fast food fries on the planet. But the app is useless. I eat there 2x a week and would go twice as often if the app was better — mainly I’d need a rewards program and an option to pick up in the drive thru. Food apps exist to save time and accumulate points, neither of which I can do with this app, so alas I end up at ChickFikA or Starbucks — just can’t pass up the points or the saved time when I’m ducking out at lunch. Also I don’t know why but man PT messes up orders more than anyone else by a landslide. It was a long wait, but it wasn’t that bad. However I got my bag, AND IT HAD NOT EVEN HALF THE ORDER. AND I STILL PAID FULL PRICE. 😢😢😢 ### 1/5 — Great food, unusable app *2025-07-10, version 2.5* I tried to order ahead through the app but it said online ordering was not available at my location. Tried another location and same error. Then I realized every location on the list near me said that they can’t do online ordering. So the app is pointless? ### 2/5 — Twice in a row? *2025-03-20, version 2.4* I picked up my order tonight and when I got home, the fries weren’t there. This is the second time in a row my order was incorrect. So there is obviously a problem with the staff paying attention and possibly management that isn’t watching its employees. Though I like P Terry’s burgers, the service is lacking. To their credit they did throw a chocolate cookie in the bag for my inconvenience. ### 1/5 — Missing most basic function *2025-02-11, version 2.4* Downloaded the app. Had to search the menu for the ‘sign in / create account’ menu item. Going there leads only to a sign in page with no create account option. Tried signing in to see if it generated a create account option. There is no option to add extra egg which I will continue to order at the drive thru I suppose until it’s added to online ordering. Can’t tell if my food was actually made fresh or not so I had them remake it immediately deleted the app. Don’t waste your time. They don’t compensate. ### 2/5 — No way to get a hold of a store when they leave half your order out *2024-11-23, version 2.2* I love PTerrys and I was excited for a way to order their food directly but if you get it delivered, beware there’s no actual way to report that half your order is missing. And if you try to call the store which is the only way to correct their issue, the line is forever busy as if someone took the phone off the hook. This makes me not want to order from them ever again. It’s a crappy way to do business. All other ordering apps allow you to report if something is wrong with your order. Do better. I’m super disappointed. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Seriously? *2026-07-21, version 2.5* I have never left a 1 star review on an app before. I order on the app after a long day at work and notice it has a section to reorder what I’ve ordered before. I click to order the chicken burgers I normally order which goes directly to cart. Any reasonable human being would think that this is the EXACT burger I’ve ordered before. But instead, it’s the default chicken burger which has mayo which I despise and genuinely find inedible. I drive home and spit out my burger at the first bite and now I’m here at 3 AM eating a chicken patty that I’ve ran under water in the sink to get rid of the mayo. Terry's food. I go to the restaurant every week but their mobile app is just straight up garbage. The interface is slow and feels very dated. What is the point of ordering on a mobile app with no rewards program and no deals? The ability to add modifiers is limited and the restaurants aren’t setup in a logical way to support how modern customers are ordering and getting their orders. Not only is the food extremely fresh and simple in a good way, but it is extremely affordable. And I must add, the staff there is awesome.
