Not working

Stay Away from this, it will only charge their wallets and not your phone. I top up and tried it for the first time and it was a failure. So much for first impressions.

Do not download

Do not make the same mistake. It’s a waste of your money, time and effort setting it up. The powerbank I got was faulty. It stopped charging after 5 seconds. And the interface is not at all convenient if you’re using GrabPay. You cannot scroll to get to the “pay” button. It’s so frustrating. Bulok. Leche. Panira ng araw.

Be warned!

Their system is ineffective and they refuse to acknowledge and charge you anyway. I used the powerbank and returned it to the hub after 2 hours, just as it was stated in the instructions. I even called them the next day to ask how i can pay for the fees since it wasnt being deducted from my wallet. They kept charging me despite raising a dispute that it was the app that is not processing the payment. Instead of paying for 40 pesos (bill for 2 hrs), i am now being billed for 200 pesos. the meter is still running by the way (since they havent resolved the issue yet, the system still isnt recognizing my payment!) And yes, i have turned my cp on and off, uninstalled and reinstalled the app and even had the customer service walk me through the process. They refused to charge me only for the actual time usage of 2 hrs and waive the rest of the fees, which was clearly caused by an error on their end. This product and app gave me so much stress and the management was not even granting considerations. I think i can manage having a lowbatt cp next time than put myself in this kind of stress. Never using this app ever again!
