Hopefully the leadership at p1fcu quits fixing online banking before it is unusable. ### 2/5 — P1FCU *2026-04-10, version 4020.1.0* New system is no longer compatible with some iPads. Lost the function to assign categories, split purchases and overall look isn’t as good. All these were the reason I liked the app. Why remove those functions? ### 1/5 — Update *2026-03-30* The update that wasn’t necessary got rid of several key features, and made the app more difficult to navigate and added more steps you didn’t need to go through ### 1/5 — Terrible *2026-03-30, version 4020.1.0* I don’t know what this changed to cause this, but now this app wont load. It makes me log in completely, buffers and tells me it can’t authenticate. Plus they changed the memo part in transfers to only 20 characters so now I can’t type my reason for transfer. ### 1/5 — Need current I’d number. *2026-03-27, version 4020.1.0* It has been tried but doesn’t work. Also keeps my log in email stating it is immaculate though I’ve never changed It! About 10-20 times attempted to access It. I don’t want to continue to try to log in. I Do want to use same log in, doesn’t let me. Please respond ASAP ### 1/5 — The update isn’t working *2026-03-18, version 4020.1.0* I updated and now it won’t log in. It doesn’t recognize my information when I try “forgot my username/password”, which I have not forgotten. ### 2/5 — Upgrade is missing key features from previous version. *2026-03-17, version 4020.1.0* This upgrade is lacking key features of the previous version. You can’t reorder the list of accounts you have and they have removed the category reassignment (which the auto category was regularly inaccurate) and category icon. All three of these features were essential to efficiently manage accounts. They obviously didn’t ask for any feedback before rolling the “upgrade” out. Very disappointing. ### 1/5 — Terrible update *2026-03-17, version 4020.1.0* My login credentials are no longer working. Making me set new ones. I can’t use my old id and says too many attempts the first time I try to make a new one.
