Very frustrating and unacceptable. ### 2/5 — Upgrade is missing key features from previous version. *2026-03-17, version 4020.1.0* This upgrade is lacking key features of the previous version. You can’t reorder the list of accounts you have and they have removed the category reassignment (which the auto category was regularly inaccurate) and category icon. All three of these features were essential to efficiently manage accounts. They obviously didn’t ask for any feedback before rolling the “upgrade” out. Very disappointing. ### 3/5 — Is useful *2025-10-16* The P1FCU app gets the basics right — I can check balances, transfer money, and deposit checks without much hassle. It’s convenient and usually reliable, which makes everyday banking pretty easy. That said, the app feels a bit outdated and can be slow at times. Some features, like mobile deposits or transaction history, don’t always load smoothly, and the layout could use a refresh to feel more modern and user-friendly. Half the time I have to swipe out like four times before it lets me in, though. If I have more than two or three other tabs open it won’t load. Deleting and reinstalling does not help. What in the heck is this? Zero options to make a loan payment through the app?!!! I need to sign an authorization form through the mail to make online payments?!! What? Lost the function to assign categories, split purchases and overall look isn’t as good. It makes me log in completely, buffers and tells me it can’t authenticate. Not sure if it’s the bank or the app but dear Lord this thing is SLOW! Any transaction takes forever to reflect. If you use this bank/app, you better use a budget app or something similar to track your money if you wanna know what your balance is at any given moment. You’ll see your accurate balance at some point, in a day or two, or maybe three, but by the time it catches up with last week expenses, it’ll be behind with today’s. It keeps me up to date on all my accounts, lets me transfer money directly to my hairdresser who also is a member, no writing checks or debit. I love the accessibility to pay my loans and that I can use the budget tracker.
