when i click concert mode it will not connect to anything for me. when i click seat information it doesn’t show any dates or concerts for me. i can’t reenter my seat information, im not sure why but i have a concert soon (my first) so i don’t want this to ruin the mood but someone help😭

Yesterday was the NYC show. And today is the 2nd NYC show. I’m going to the Houston show, but when I look at Concert Mode, and click on it to set up my date and seats it says “preparing concert” But that doesn’t make sense because you should already have the dates all up since shows are happing. Please fix this issue so we can have fun with connecting our lightsticks to the show. The lightsick works fine but the app isn’t kept up so 2 stars.

App is good and designed better than most lightstick apps, but the concert mode physically just doesn’t work. Self mode is fine, but clicking on concert mode just brings up ‘Currently in preparation for a concert’ even in the middle of an actual concert. I thought the whole point was that it connects to Bluetooth during the concert and lights up different colours in time with the music, but instead everyone just had boring white lights for the entire show.

Love the light stick and the App and especially P1Harmony. Could you please add English to the app though so I’m not so confused 🤓
