You have no control of ip addresses so unless you have a dhcp network forget it . The app will not login in to the camera just keeps sending a pop up saying check your network settings . It will however format your sd card but be careful more then 3 times and your brand new sd card is inaccessible. It will only show one camera at a time due to the ip login failures so every camera has an IP address if 1 ### 1/5 — Garbage/ Horrible *2020-10-16* This product/ software is straight garbage. The best thing about this order is truly the box that it comes in. I could never get it to connect much less anything else. I reset my phone just Incase this bootleg software left something behind.
