### 1/5 — Richiede in continuazione la scelta sui cookie

Come da titolo, l'app mi ha richiesto tre volte di fila la scelta sui cookie, con ovviamente le varie opzioni di "interesse legittimo" già preimpostate su "acconsento", pratica assolutamente illegittima (il consenso deve in ogni caso essere espresso liberamente, attivamente ed intenzionalmente), oltre ad essere un tentativo illecito di sfruttamento di una base giuridica realmente esistente (quella del legittimo interesse) ad una fattispecie non riconosciuta (il legittimo interesse è applicabile esclusivamente ed univocamente ai cookie tecnici strettamente necessari al funzionamento del sito o dell'app).
Il mio prossimo passo sarà una segnalazione al Garante per la Privacy, perché ci avete stufati con le vostre furberie!

Brauchte die App um signierte Anhänge im iOS Kalender anzuzeigen. Die App registriert sich zwar für diese Anhänge, aber öffnen kann man sie trotzdem nicht, auch dann nicht, wenn man den In-App Kauf bezahlt hat. Das Geld ist leider futsch und man kann es nicht wiederholen, weil man beim Kauf abnicken musste, dass man bei In-App Käufen durch Benutzung auf das Rückgaberecht verzichtet. Schönen Dank auch.
