This is without a doubt the best delay for ios. As bucket brigade delays go it beats most hardware for quality of sound. Great for really lush keyboards, and spacey guitars. Can’t speak highly enough of it. Five out of five. Would give more stars if App Store allowed. ### 5/5 — Quality sounds *2021-07-25* To have this on iOS is a treat. It is an AU FX so easy to use as a send or insert in AUM or your host of choice. But most importantly it sounds great. The sound has a fullness that some might call mojo. I guess it is the saturation algorithm. Whatever it is, it just sounds like quality. Is to delay what Eventide Blackhole is to reverb. Tried to purchase, as some of the features appear to be locked. Updating to new version on my other iPad ruined my tracks ### 1/5 — Update corrupted all my GarageBand files *2025-01-12, version 2.0.1* All my projects that had this plugin have been corrupted and can no longer open. I know it's this app because when I click on the GarageBand project it says lunar lander is no longer installed on this iPad and then the project buffers then it crashes, and this is consistent across dozens of project files. I am beyond upset. What you can do now is click on Purchase, don’t worry in the next window after showing price, Apple will state that you already purchased it and will restore it for you. ### 3/5 — The lander won’t launch. *2021-12-19, version 1.4* Got the app & tried to open it but crashes instantly. I have 15.1 iPad latest update. Been communicating with the developer real nice crew. I think I’m driving them nuts. It looks like this app is AUv3 only. I got to work in AUM. Thanks ### 3/5 — Nice sounding FX, very sub-par UI. *2021-08-31, version 1.4* On anything larger than a smartphone display, the dev's lack of experience in graphic/UI design becomes very apparent. There are knobs that look like someone took a low-res photo of some hardware, and then used Photoshop's magic lasso tool to cut & paste them straight into the UI. 🤦🏻‍♂️ For the noise trim adjustment, they used the same graphic as the case screws, just painted green. There are fundamental delay/reverb components(1 of the 3 plate sizes, damping, the pre-delay(?), the LPF(?!), and some DAW controls)locked behind micro-transactions, making it difficult to properly evaluate the app as a whole. I want to love it, but in its current form, I can only like it. To the devs: Guys, you are talented sound designers & coders - don't cheat your products out of the recognition they deserve, by trying to handle *every* aspect of the app design on your own! Hire a consultant, open up some dialog with other devs, hold an open Zoom conference with your userbase and get some honest feedback. I'm looking forward to bumping this review up to 5 stars, where it belongs! 🖖🏻 ### 3/5 — IAP Restore button not working. *2021-08-22, version 1.4* It’s been a while since this hasn’t been working, hopefully this can be fixed soon - I purchased this on a device I had to restore and now I cannot restore IAP. ### 4/5 — How do you purchase full version? *2021-07-26, version 1.4* Had some problems with purchasing the full version. Even after an update which was supposed to solve the problem, was unable to purchase. However now the problem has been dealt with through a further upgrade. I was wrong - this thing sounds amazing, so much texture to play with, but please … fix the IAP! The recent update was supposed to do that but it doesn’t seem to have worked. It would be awesome if you could left and right channel the reverb. Have guitar panned hard left and reverb in right channel. Can’t find anyone doing this. It’s old trick you could do with a 4 track with auxiliary send. Just pull one of the cables out. I would love this feature. So I am more than happy for this version 2.0 that fixes that and is made available for free for all previous owners.
