Sign in is also good as expected for the EZPass section. Weird how you need a minimum of 35$ to replenish when it used to be 25$. My big complaint is how the Toll by Plate system is broken. I can never see what I have to pay from Toll by Plate. I also can never sign in, I have to jump through hoops to get to my unpaid invoices through the website instead of the app itself. Just comes off as malicious practices because of how easy it is to rack up late charges. ### 2/5 — Poor design *2026-01-27, version 2.2.80* Whoever designed this app needs to go back to User Interface school. First and most obvious fail: need to create an account? -- WHERE? If they can just get us to forget, they can charge outrageous fees and it will be justified in their eyes. There’s no way they don’t know it sucks, right??? Please delete your whole website, your app, everything, and start over. I have to reset my info constantly, and that is even a nightmare. But surprise! After you’ve reset your username and password 13 times, verify yourself at gunpoint, and finally reach the top of Mount Everest, you cannot simply pay your $10 invoice—you must pay $35 to replenish your account. Paying drive on a public road is already frustrating enough, but you truly top off the unpleasant experience of simply existing with your atrocious app that is clearly despised by all. It appears you’ve been responding to your 1 star reviews to apologize for the inconvenience for the past 7 years now. Maybe it’s time to fix quite literally anything. I try to pay with APP, it says this feature is currently unavailable I call enter my card they automated machine hangs up on me. I tried to scan to pay will not let me log in, and won’t let me reset my password I didn’t even know I had, because My Name and Account # don’t match??? It’s the same name and account number that is on my bill? F the PA turnpike and everyone involved. Here’s one tasty nugget: I got so frustrated that I finally just decided to pay it by scanning the QR code. But the App won’t recognize the code that is on my freaking invoice! And I’m using a brand new iphone. Huh? Ok, so when I try to register for an account, I can’t find a button that says Register a new account. Somehow that screen finally magically popped up when I just started slapping the screen. Then halfway through the registration, it tells me that there are violations on the vehicle. Um, no there are not. And there’s certainly no indication of that on the invoice. Every previous invoice has been paid on time. And there’s only one small balance that I’m trying to pay. Terrible and not user-friendly at all. I've literally tried to add my card 10 different times and it still says 'try again later'. And then, when I pay my EZPass bill from the mail, it doesn't register with my account and takes my money, and yet tries to say I have an outstanding balance.
