The problem is… randomly, probably once every week, your progress and costumes get reset. Yeah, want to change your hat, forget about it. The costume you were wearing are there but they don’t show in your inventory, and when you take it off, congrats, you lost it! This is a great game, just fix this. This should not be happening. I’m glad I don’t lose my online rank. But all the xp I gathered for Season 22 including all the items I won were reset to 0. Also all single player items that I won were reset to 0 (and I can’t ever get them back again because the game still computes that these items were already obtained.) this requires a fix.
