## What is PACE FOCUS PRO?

PACE helps you reclaim the time that slips away in mindless scrolling, so you can get back to what you actually meant to do.

Focus Session
Start a timer-based focus session with your progress clearly visible on screen. Native timers and notifications keep you on track even in the background.

See Your Screen Time
Track your usage and review it at a glance with daily statistics. Once you can see the time you couldn't see before, changing it gets a lot easier.

Flip Mode
Put your phone face down and a screen-free break begins. PACE quietly measures that time and rewards the rest you take.

Pace Feed
When you want a break, watch short videos right inside Pace without leaving the app. Your daily limit, break reminders, and focus session all keep working the entire time you watch.

Hands-Free (optional)
If you'd rather not touch the screen during a focus session, turn on Hands-Free in Settings. Skip with your earphone volume buttons, or with a wave of your hand over the front camera. Camera signals are processed entirely on your device and are never recorded or uploaded. It's off by default to conserve battery — turn it on only when you want it.

Go further with an optional subscription:

• Set your own focus session length (free plan is fixed at 10 minutes)
