## What is Pace Lap?

Moderation is easier when you're not trying to be perfect.

Pace Lap is a mindful moderation tracker designed to help you reduce habits without guilt, streaks, or shame.

Instead of chasing perfect abstinence, you choose what moderation looks like. Set a budget that works for you—whether that's drinks per week, coffees per day, cigarettes, spending, or another habit—and Pace Lap helps you stay aware without getting in your way.

Features
• Create habits with flexible daily, weekly, or monthly budgets
• Gentle progress indicators instead of punishing streaks
• Thoughtful reminders you control
• Night Out mode for tracking sessions as they happen
• Home Screen widgets
• Swipe between habits
• Custom habit icons
• Flexible units and currency support where applicable
• No account, no sign-in

Pace Lap isn't about perfection.

It's about making one better decision at a time.
