App does not work. Just shows a blank white screen. In this day and age it is beyond acceptable for an app not to work. And this is for a main transportation company. This is unacceptable can’t even track rides or anything.

When will this help be fixed? That is the question I haven’t asked you for the past six months and yet the same answer we are trying to get it fixed. Yes, it comes up as a blank screenand I found out that you have to delete the app and restart it again to see jt actual work. This is the government program which we pay high taxes and yet they seem to brush 
 the problem aside for the senior and those who are disabled

I was really excited about this app. But just as one of reviews I read, it says this same thing. The screen is totally blank. No access to even to try to attempt anything.

I tried downloading this app, and it only shows a white screen ! Why put up an app that doesn’t work and have it on PACE brochures, to download the “ PACE TripCheck “ app that doesn’t even work ! A bit False advertising, I must say ! Please fix and do maintenance on this app please, and Thank you !

I always have to refresh the app because whenever I open it, all I see is a blank white screen. The app doesn’t do anything but display rides. It would be nice to be able to reserve rides through the app and choose the type of vehicle.
