## What is Pace?

Pace turns your daily steps into a real weight-loss plan — one that adjusts to you, not a generic 10,000-step number that has nothing to do with your body or your goal.

WHY PACE IS DIFFERENT

Most walking apps rent you the feature. Pace is a one-time purchase — no monthly fee, no subscription creeping onto your card every year. Unlock it once, keep it forever.

Your health data also stays exactly where it belongs: on your phone. Pace reads from Apple Health to build your plan and never sends your steps, weight, or location anywhere. No account, no server, no data to leak.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Answer six quick questions — your starting weight, your goal, how active you already are.
2. Get an exact daily step target, built from real math, not a round number.
3. Walk. Pace adjusts your plan every week based on what you actually did, not what you were supposed to do.

BUILT FOR THE WHOLE JOURNEY

• Daily step targets that adapt automatically as you progress
• Weight tracking with a clear trendline to your goal
• GPS route tracking for outdoor walks, with a shareable map of where you went
• Streaks that reward consistency, not perfection — an easy day still counts
• Apple Health sync for steps, heart rate, distance, sleep and more
• Apple Watch and widget support so today's progress is always one glance away
• Challenges to keep you moving on weeks that need a push

WHO IT'S FOR

Pace is for anyone who's been told to "just walk more" and wanted an actual plan instead — people getting back into movement after time off, people who want their step count to mean something toward a real goal, and anyone tired of fitness apps that feel like a second job.

No gym. No equipment. No subscription. Just a smarter reason to take the walk you were already going to take.

Download Pace and get your first real step target in under two minutes.
