## What is Paceboard?

Paceboard turns a sentence into a structured, watch-ready session — built at your exact training paces and synced straight to your Garmin or Apple Watch.

If you've ever spent more time building a workout in Garmin Connect than running it, Paceboard is for you. This isn't another training plan app. You already know what you're doing — your coach, your club, your training book, or your own head sets the workouts. Paceboard just gets them onto your wrist, structured and paced, without the tiny screens and pace math.
