### 3/5 — No widgets ??

*2022-05-26, version 2.0.3*

i love the look of this app, and the concept. But the biggest missing feature is widgets. Please include widgets, this app is unusable without it. I need a visual look of my time boxing everyday to be able to use this app, I don’t want to constantly open the app.

### 3/5 — Don’t like the update

*2022-04-20, version 2.0.0*

I don’t like anything about the update. The colors, the usability, the font….nothing. It doesn’t even have the screen that showed what you accomplished for the day. I thought the app was perfect before….change it back 😞

### 3/5 — Not a fan of change

*2022-04-18, version 2.0.0*

Like a typical user, I don’t care for changes in something that works. While I love the chance to make a task fixed, I miss the colors like sport being yellow. Everything seems to be personal, work, or sleep. I’d like more categories like home and family. I do love being able to add naps now. Thank you for that.

### 3/5 — Update

*2022-04-16, version 2.0.0*

I don’t like how I can’t check off the things that I completed the way I did before.

### 3/5 — Love the idea, few suggestions

*2022-02-18, version 1.3.1*

I am giving this a go as I need help getting out of the “dark place”. Forgetting to do simple tasks like eating, showering, etc.. But also figuring out when I work best throughout the day & how to set time aside for myself.

I want to be able to put the meals in during the same time block as “work” for example, instead of creating 2 separate work events to put in the lunch. Let me stack activities pleaseeee

### 2/5 — Random freeze

*2022-01-23, version 1.2.3*

I really wanted to like this app. It’s beautifully designed. It does a good job of predicting (right out of the “box”) what your most and least productive times are (or will be).
There are some problems. 1.) it doesn’t allow you to optimize time on the weekend. This is the time I need to optimize. I work 50+ hours per week so what other time can I optimize? 2.) it randomly freezes when you’re trying to schedule something over 2 time periods. Yes, I know I shouldn’t have 2 items at 4pm, but I do and I’m sure I’ll change or deprioritize one of them.
It’s on its way but needs some work for me to spend my time on it.

### 3/5 — I’m confused

*2022-01-01, version 1.2.3*

How do I repeat it too the whole year? I have a schedule planned that I want to do every day. I don’t know how to make it do that.

### 2/5 — Harder than using paper

*2021-12-27, version 1.2.2*

Not thrilled with this. It doesn’t have any concept that two things can happen at the same time. How about a third option that combines the two? The interface is also clunky. Planning on paper is much easier

### 3/5 — So far, good. Missing iPad app.

*2021-12-15, version 1.2.2*

Just got it. Seems quite good, but needs an app for the iPad.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Abused calendar permissions

*2023-02-24, version 2.2.9*

The app created focus times on my calendar even after I specifically removed Routines around it. It never asked me nor includes an option to disable creating it elsewhere. Beware of granting it access to your calendar: Paced will abuse it.

### 1/5 — Not happy

*2022-12-30, version 2.2.9*

Too many glitches and linked with google calendar when I said not to

### 1/5 — If you are 12 years old

*2022-09-14, version 2.2.4*

Only download if you are not a responsible adult, the app only build blocks and your schedule won’t change it can’t modify shifts or putting double jobs or study because the app thinks everyone has 8 hours of sleep and selfcare, not real, people need to work hard and the app just won’t accept it, so it is useless if you are adult, but should be amazing for a 12 years old teen lol

### 1/5 — Google Calendar Required

*2022-09-09, version 2.2.4*

It apparently hasn't occured to the developer that some of us simply don't use google calendar.

### 1/5 — Getting worst every time!

*2022-07-16, version 2.1.3*

Getting worst with every update!

### 1/5 — App was ruined

*2022-04-15, version 2.0.0*

Don’t fix what’s not broken. The app was fine the way it was, maybe just needed a few improvements but the new redesign is horrible and doesn’t function the same. I never leave reviews but this was one of my favorite apps, now it’s trash.

### 1/5 — Oh boy this started horribly

*2022-02-26, version 1.3.1*

First time user,
Downloaded, opened… the onboarding process looks like it REQUIRES You to connect to Google Calendar… now, and then this app decides to fill in “sleep” blocks in my google calendar out of no where…
also those events in calendar aren’t even set as a recurring… so now I have to individually delete these events in calendar. Why would you force calendar connection and not just offer an exit button

### 1/5 — Wrecked my Google Calendar

*2022-02-17, version 1.3.1*

The app populated things from its schedule to my Google Calender (which is great), but it inserted repeating events as individual one time events for every day until forever (less great) and when I removed the events from the schedule in the app it did not remove them from my Google Calendar (bad) which means the only way I can remove them from the Google calendar is by deleting one individual event at a time (very bad) which means I can never get rid of all of them. 😵‍💫

### 2/5 — Doesn’t work with Apple Calander

*2022-10-20, version 2.2.5*

I imaging it would be great, it really sounds like exactly what I need. But I don’t usually use google calendar and there is no way for me to sync events on my Apple calendars to it.

### 2/5 — Ugh

*2022-02-10, version 1.2.4*

So much potential, but so annoying to use. You try to schedule something as simple as “Breakfast” at a certain time every day (i.e., 10:45), but when you try to ‘repeat’ it, the app just puts breakfast when it thinks you should be doing it (i.e., right when you wake up at 10am) for the rest of the days. Why can’t I just repeat something every day at the time I want it?? Much easier to just use a paper planner.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Good…but-

*2022-02-23, version 1.3.1*

I really like this app. I just get really fed up with it a lot. I try to make a schedule and the app tried to fit it with how my day should be to better me. But I can’t eat dinner at 3:00 when the person who can cook in the house gets back at 6:00. It’s a really great app but like I said it switches things up to help me, but the times they change things to are when I can’t do them. I’ll have to stick with my screwed up schedule haha :)

### 5/5 — Don’t have time? Find it with this app!! Easy!!

*2022-01-16, version 1.2.3*

If you feel like you “Don’t have time” to accomplish your goals this is your app!! Love this app! This is exactly what I need!

My brain is always in overdrive so I often find myself stumbling with what to do next!

Also my days are always different and my schedule is always variable.

This app solves both problems! I love that I can record all my routines/need to do tasks!

I tell the app what I need to get done and roughly when and it “magically” looks at my multiple calendars and schedules each task into my day based on priority and timing throughout the week!

Finally, I love seeing the daily reflection of where my time went! I find myself checking to see which categories my time is going to!

Can’t wait to see what is next for this app!! Thank you! Download now!!

### 5/5 — Great

*2022-01-09, version 1.2.3*

Lovely app nice and easy to use. Helps me plan out my busy days.

### 4/5 — Nice but …

*2022-10-11, version 2.2.5*

There is lag and it’s supper slow when I try to drag and move the event

### 4/5 — Great calendar timeline but…

*2022-04-28, version 2.0.1*

I really want to be able to import my Apple Reminders so I can schedule them into my day. If you could add task integration this app would be perfect.

### 4/5 — Great but

*2021-12-21, version 1.2.2*

Great app scheduling. I personally would like the widget as well. I need things in my face to assist with focus.

### 4/5 — It’s good but needs something.

*2021-10-15, version 1.1*

I love the whole concept of a calendar that tells your energy levels throughout the day, but I wish there was widget to see the calendar easily or a notification to also tell you which phase your going into.

### 3/5 — Almost there

*2022-11-11, version 2.2.7*

I really wanted to use and like this app. But there doesn’t seem to be a way to use anything other than a Google calendar. That’s great if you use Google’s calendar, but not great if you use the default calendar on an iPhone. It even talks about using the “built-in” calendar in the product description. I’m now assuming it simply means the calendar built into the app and not the phone.

### 3/5 — Need widgets

*2022-09-06, version 2.2.2*

Need widgets but overall best app for students

### 3/5 — Hate this app after the update, absolutely loved before

*2022-08-15, version 2.2.1*

I absolutely LOVED this app… until the update. I despise the update. Before the update this app literally helped me so much with time management and planning my days out, I wouldn’t have changed A THING. Now the bars don’t show the times in them and you can only see part of the day. You need to be able to zoom out in the full day. I hate the update please revert back to some of the old user interface!!! I would LOVE to redownload the app. Please!!
