Used this app to make plans and keep track of my running shoes. I took a break from running and wanted to add some mileage to the shoes I recently used and the app somehow lost all of the information regarding shoe mileage.

在修改apple watch的名称之后，会出现无法自动同步跑步记录的情况，昨晚跑的步，到现在都没有更新到app上。卸载重新安装之后，发现表里的所有以前的数据也都无法同步。
原来的名称:xin 的 Apple Watch
新名称: xin's AW
iPhone 15 Pro
Apple Watch S9

有个小建议。出个跑步记录界面。可以显示自己1公里 5公里 10公里 半马 全马的最快记录及记录的时间。感觉会很有成就感 激励自己
