## What is PaceJoy?

"An easy 5K today, please." — that's all it takes.

PaceJoy is a running coach that talks with you before, during, and after your run. No staring at screens — your coach speaks right into your ear.

■ Smart Guide — say it, get a plan
Before you run, tell PaceJoy your goal by voice or chat: "3K in zone 2", "4 × 400m intervals". Your coach builds a personalized plan from your recent runs — and the distance and pace you say are exactly what you get.

■ Live voice coaching while you run
Through your AirPods (or any earbuds), hear pace guidance, heart-rate zone checks, and a briefing at every kilometer. Your coach also observes your running form — heart rate, cadence, stride length — and rotates through them so it never sounds repetitive. Coaching decisions are made on-device by a deterministic engine, so even if the network drops, the coaching never goes silent.

■ Apple Watch alone, or just your iPhone
Head out with only your watch — GPS and heart rate are captured on the wrist. No watch? Run with iPhone GPS alone. Ask for a plan by voice right on the watch and start with a 3-2-1 countdown and haptics. Stop at a light and tracking auto-pauses; start running and it resumes.

■ A coach's debrief after every run
When you finish, your coach reads your pace, heart rate, and splits, then gives you a real debrief — in voice and text. "You went out a bit fast. Next time, ease the first kilometer by ten seconds."

■ Clean records
Route maps, km splits, heart-rate and pace charts, weekly stats. Workouts are saved to Apple Health too.

Put in your earbuds and say one sentence. Your coach will answer.
