## What is Pacekin?

Not how much you walk — how you walk.

Pacekin turns your daily steps into a companion whose species is decided by your walking rhythm. Walk mostly in the morning and it leans one way. Walk at night, in short bursts, or a little every single day, and it leans another. Same step count, different creature.

RHYTHM EVOLUTION
Your steps are read automatically from Apple Health — no logging, no manual check-ins. They become growth energy, and when your pet evolves it locks in one of 5 species (SOLARI, NOCT, TERRA, VOLT, AEON) based on your last 7 days: morning, night, steady, burst, or perfect-attendance rhythm. You won't know which until the moment it happens.

SPECIES ISLAND
Fully grown pets settle on your island. 5 species x 2 adult variants = 10 slots to fill. Want the nocturnal one next? Walk differently this week. Every empty slot is a reason to move in a new way.

WIDGET & LOCK SCREEN
Your pet's mood and today's step ring live on your home and lock screen. If it looks sleepy, you know what to do.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
- Steps are read from Apple Health (read-only) and never leave your device
- No account, no sign-up, no cloud — everything stays on your iPhone
- Works fully offline

FREE, WITH ADS
Pacekin is free and supported by ads. Watching a reward ad is always optional (for boosts like 2x growth), and a brief ad may appear after the daily recap. You can raise every species without ever watching one.
