## What is Pacent?

Walk smarter, not longer.

Pacent is the proper Japanese Walking Method app — the protocol Japanese researchers proved beats ordinary walking for cardiovascular health. Three minutes brisk, three minutes easy, repeated five times. Built on the Nemoto et al. study at Shinshu University.
