Pacer records your walks, runs, rides and treks with GPS, and lays every route onto one map of everywhere you have been. Press start and the route draws itself, with distance, time and pace live on a dark 3D map. Lock your phone and the run stays with you: your numbers keep ticking on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island, big enough to read mid-stride, with pause and resume right on the card. Standing at a red light adds nothing: distance only counts when you move. A run becomes a glowing route you can open in Maps. Your history becomes one map, every route on it, filtered by type. A finished activity becomes a poster or a stat card for Instagram Stories. A race becomes a head to head scoreboard you both see. Older workouts become routes too, imported from Apple Health or GPX files. Race anyone, not just people who already have the app. Send one link and it opens the race directly. Quick picks start a Daily Sprint, Weekly Race or Step Duel in one tap, or set your own race over distance, steps, active time or workouts. A day by day chart shows who is ahead and what it takes to flip it, and Pacer keeps your record against every rival, with a rematch one tap away. Set a daily, weekly or monthly distance goal and follow it on the dashboard, month by month. Join the leaderboard if you want to be ranked, and leave it with one tap. What you do not do here: name your runs, type where you went, build a friend list, or clean up a GPS trace. A race is one shared link, and accepting one is free. Activities are private by default. Pacer reads Apple Health and never writes to it. The leaderboard shares only your name and distance totals, and only after you opt in. Pacer is free to explore, and your first recorded activity is free. After that, recording, imports, poster export and creating races need Pacer Premium: weekly, monthly or yearly, with a 3-day free trial on the monthly and yearly plans for eligible new subscribers. While a race you accepted is running, recording stays unlocked. Prices are shown in the app in your local currency. Subscriptions renew until cancelled in your Apple ID settings.
