## What is Pacero Pro?

Already bid the job? Get a second opinion before you send it.

Pacero is a sidekick for estimators and managers at commercial cleaning companies. After you've walked the building and worked up your own number, open Pacero, scan the space, and get an independent estimate plus a clean report you can email to your owner or team.

HOW IT WORKS
• Scan: start right away, no setup. Walk the space and talk as you go. On an iPhone with a LiDAR Scanner, Pacero measures square footage automatically. On any iPhone, add spaces by hand.
• Interview: confirm the spaces, add the customer's name, and answer a few quick questions about scope, cleaning frequency, and supplies.
• Estimate: see what the job should cost using industry-standard production rates you control, next to the price you have today, with the implied margin and where the labor hours go.
• Share: email a formatted report that leads with Pacero's estimate.

ASK THE ASSISTANT
A built-in assistant can interview you about the job and explain the numbers in plain language. Correct something and the estimate re-prices instantly.

YOUR RATES, YOUR MARGIN
Set your loaded labor rate, overhead, target margin, and production rates in Settings. Every estimate updates as you change them.

ENGLISH AND SPANISH
The interface, voice dictation, assistant, and emailed report all work in English and Spanish.

SCANNING REQUIRES LiDAR
Automatic scanning uses the LiDAR Scanner on supported iPhone models. On other iPhones, add spaces manually and use every other feature.

Pacero is free, with no in-app purchases. A free account backs up your scans, restores them on any device, and powers the analysis of recorded walks.
