Does what it says - Calls out your pace in mins per km or mile. Frequency of info is configurable from every 15s to 3 min and the time over which the pace is averaged is configurable over the same range. 
Easy to use.
Also you can use your favourite music app at the same time.

This is so helpful for keeping an eye on pace without having to physically interact with anything while running. I can just listen to my music and listen out for PaceShouter telling me my pace. Love it! Also the tempo feature in the pro version is so useful for keeping an eye on my cadence.
