Creio que seria necessário que habilitasse um botão para poder ativar e desativar no próprio navegador quando se considere necessário. Como está agora, só permite deixar ativado permanentemente o qual lhe tira quase toda a utilidade.

It is very easy to bypass the lock features of the app of MacOS by simply disabling the extension. Unfortunately, when selecting the option to share settings across devices, disabling on MacOS will also disable on iOS — ruining the functionality of the locking feature.

Works pretty well - doesn't block ALL images but like 95% of them.  

Feature request: Compatibility with Apple Shortcut automations, so I can make it disable images when disconnecting from WiFi and re-enable images when connecting to WiFi again!

説明通り、画像や動画が消えてとてもいいです。
しかし、一時的にオンオフする為にはハンバーガーアイコン→"拡張機能の管理"ボタン→アプリを探すといった手間があるため実用的ではないかもしれません。
他の一部拡張機能にもあるように、ハンバーガーアイコンから直接設定出来る様にして頂きたいです。

The app is definitely worth the money. I had a bug issue and I contacted support and the responded almost immediately and they helped me resolve my issue.

I (still) have a limited data plan so I’ve been looking for ways to reduce the amount of mobile data I use, this has worked really well to ensure I can still read stuff without autoplaying video and a bunch of hi-res images load at the same time. 

A suggestion: an option to block web fonts would be really neat as well, they weigh a good few MB per font and websites typically use multiple.

年々Safariのパケット食いが酷くなるので
アドブロックだけじゃパケット節約できなくて困ってました。
以前同じような画像ブロッカーいれてたのですがアプリの更新が途切れたので、ちょうど探してたのタイミング良かったです。
Safariの機能拡張でこのアプリをオンにするだけでwebサイトの画像を完全に消す事ができます。
Safariの表示も速くなりました！
とてもいいアプリです！
できればSafariの「あぁ」からサイトによって画像ブロックのオンオフができるようになると助かります。
