### 4/5 — thank

thank you update ！

### 5/5 — Awesome Game

*2024-01-21*

Look, this is a must-buy game if you have an interest in war gaming or World War 2 history. Easy to understand gameplay, a great user experience compared to a lot of other wargames, and a wide variety of campaigns to choose from. Lots of attention is paid to details and theaters that are overlooked in other games. Going to get the other games put out by this developer as well. I’ll take these over any of the carbon copy cell phone games where you have to shove real money over and over at them to enjoy the game at all. Keep up the great work!

### 5/5 — Best game ever

*2024-01-07*

Geoff is the goat!!
I would definitly check his games. They are unmatched deep and interesting

### 4/5 — Games don’t save

*2023-12-11, version 1.602*

I hit a “save slot” at the outset but games aren’t there when I come back to the app. Def a problem for longer campaigns like the whole war

### 5/5 — To Add

*2023-12-05*

What I would love to see is the frontline map style just like Blitzkrieg Fire and this is a great strategy game I love it a lot so if u could add the frontline map style that would make it feel more better

### 5/5 — Best WW2 Strategy Game!

*2023-07-30*

This game combines strategy with excellent individual unit detail and map clarity. Very well thought out with very easy game play. Very fun to play through the variations of Sandbox mode to increase the AI resistance.

It’s been a while since an update has been available. The game doesn’t need many updates. Would be neat for ships to receive retrofits much like air units do. Also, the AI is predictable in that it will rush all of its capitol ships to the front line making them very vulnerable and easy to destroy. Gameplay is easy in that taking an extremely defensive posture early on and destroying the enemy’s capitol ships in the first few turns dooms the AI. Not sure there is a mechanic to fix this aggressive AI gameplay.

### 5/5 — LOVE THIS!!

*2023-03-12, version 1.601*

Fantastic game! History enthusiasts will enjoy the complex task of managing the entire Pacific Fleet through WW2.

### 4/5 — Issue

*2022-12-21, version 1.601*

Good game. One issue that needs fixing: HMS Hermes appears as a reinforcement, but disappears forever once selected. The aircraft aboard the Hermes get transferred to a Destroyer. The first time Fulmar fighters were transferred to USS Rodman.
The 2nd time, Swordfish we’re placed aboard IJN Destroyer Nagatsuki. Please fix.

### 5/5 — Just woah

*2021-11-28*

I got this game in June and I love it and I got blitzkreig fire earlier in September. I love both but I have a recommendation for a game. Maybe like some sort of Napoleonic wars game with instead of the air it would be artillery or cavalry. Or maybe a American civil war or world war 1. I love this game though so maybe try these games out. Thanks!

### 5/5 — High level War Sim

*2021-11-24, version 1.510*

One of the best war game I’ve ever found on AppStore. The level of detail is outstanding. Truly a gem.

### 5/5 — Idk what to say but good game

*2021-11-03*

Absolutely amazing game but for the next game try doing a ww1 game it’ll take time I’m sure but I’d pay money for a ww1 game of this style. Anyways overall great game both this and blitzkrieg

### 5/5 — Great but I have a unique idea

*2021-11-02*

First off the game is wonderful completely worth 6 usd there is only one thing I would like to see added the capture of enemy equipment for example say you over run an enemy base that has fighters and bombers I think it would be neat if you could take those and put them to use just as a unique idea Casue image American zeros duking it out with Japanese zeros that would be neat

### 5/5 — One issue

*2021-10-05*

So the only issue I have found is that the game likes to freeze in sandbox mode usually around 1945(unless you start at that year) and it will say resolving combat but it never does. Please fix it. Also It does it if I try to use the nuke. Other times it will freeze when there are too many units(such as 10k to 100k aircraft, 1k ships in total, or a few million infantry spawned in at the same time)

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — If i could give a 0

*2022-07-06*

This game absolutely is bad. I want my FULL refund on all games including blitzkrieg fire as its just a scam. too glitchy bad support and overall just bad in general

### 1/5 — Not great

*2020-11-01, version 1.40*

I can’t even attack, every time I click on it to move nothing happens.

### 1/5 — Simply does not work...

*2020-02-26*

Being no stranger to computers or wargames, I can tell you that this will entertain you if you like repetitive graphics and no gameplay.

### 2/5 — Locks Up Repeatedly

*2026-03-11, version 1.800*

Complete waste of money

### 2/5 — Basically impossible

*2019-12-19*

Played two campaigns as the allies. Essentially the Japanese roll in and take over everything and you don’t have anything to defend them with. The Japanese industry score is three or four times the allies so they keep getting reinforcements while you sit and watch them take one island after another. Don’t know what to do. A way to balance the difficulty would. Be nice but otherwise its just a game for people that like to watch themselves lose.

### 2/5 — Missing essentials

*2019-12-13, version 1.201*

Great concept but places no logistical restrictions on either side. An example of the ridiculous extremes: as Japan, invaded and captured Hawaii on first turn then proceeded to the West Coast. Could send overwhelming numbers of ground forces due to unlimited lift and fuel.

### 3/5 — Almost Finished

*2025-06-25*

I played this game for a few weeks— it has many good qualities— but what created great frustration and why I gave up playing it is because it doesn’t allow you to save the game mid turn. The game only saves when you finish your turn. Not playable especially if you’re playing some of the larger scenarios. Developers… get back in there and finish this game!

### 3/5 — Cool game, but not optimized for “notched” screens

*2020-04-18, version 1.261*

Things get cut off around the notch at the top of phones the the iPhone 11. Please fix this devs!

### 4/5 — The Best One out Of the 3

*2026-06-11*

The reason I think Pacific Fire is the best one at all of the games is because it’s the only one where you’re actually fighting for the base or province and we’re both enemy forces and your forces could hold And bring in more troops, I also really like how some troops are given a boost to defending, and other are given boost to attack. Update?!?! Don’t forget us!!!

### 4/5 — Great, but…

*2026-03-14*

This game reminds me of the NES game Pacific Theatre of Operations. I enjoy being able to move forces around and create a strategy. My only issue is trying to save the longer scenarios. For the full scenario it’s not often I can spend an hour directing troops and ships. Being able to save what I’m doing would be great.

### 5/5 — Great game but one glitch on iPad mini

*2026-01-24, version 1.800*

I love these games but the iPad mini version wont let me play in landscape

### 5/5 — love the game

*2025-04-22, version 1.800*

i love the game how it is, but it would be kind of cool to add a way to choose which units get sent in as your reinforcements, and possibly make the ships destroyed at pearl harbour get brought back in when they were historically refloated and have them sit for repair, maybe even add messages (like how red fire has) just a couple suggestions from a player

### 5/5 — Love it

*2025-04-05*

This and blitzkrieg fire are the best games of this genre to play. Very detailed and a lot of fun. Thanks for the many updates.

### 5/5 — Great game well done

*2025-02-21*

Really plays well and is very realistic. Have played about ⅓ of the scenarios and have not really seen anything wrong with the units or overall game play. Still learning the fine points.

### 5/5 — Very versatile

*2025-02-20*

I really like the latest update that takes it down to the battalion level for ground forces. The fuel shortage for naval forces is really great as is the revised movement in and around sea areas. Very crunchy! I like it!

### 5/5 — Excellent

*2025-02-07*

Definitely the greatest series of pocket strategy games lately, ive followed thhe series since its release and i have very few complaints.
Would love to see a game set in the age of muskets, American revolution, Napoleonic wars, Civil war?

### 5/5 — The Best One out Of the 3

*2024-11-24*

The reason I think Pacific Fire is the best one at all of the games is because it’s the only one where you’re actually fighting for the base or province and we’re both enemy forces and your forces could hold And bring in more troops, I also really like how some troops are given a boost to defending, and other are given boost to attack.

### 5/5 — Fantastic game

*2024-11-04*

I’ve been playing this game for a few years now and it’s been one of my favorite mobile games for quite some time and I’ve always found ww2 and especially the pacific theater of that war fascinating so I’m glad that this game exists. One thing that I’ve wanted to see for some time though is to be able to merge different land units and create armies and corps and the same thing with air units and create air groups and whatnot the same way that you can do that with different naval units. I feel like that would bring a level of playability that this game is missing. Other than that I love this game and I would recommend it to anyone who like turn based strategy games and I give it a 5/5.

### 5/5 — Challenging and rewarding

*2024-04-12, version 1.602*

Success requires integration of air, land, and naval resources, against a challenging AI opponent.

### 5/5 — A idea

*2024-02-12, version 1.602*

Why don’t y’all add to do doolittle raid
