So you need a strong signal or wifi. My biggest gripe is that the mobile deposit feature is absolutely horrible. I have to take a picture of my check and try to submit it 10-20 times with no exaggeration, every single time. I use a dark background have everything lined up and still it says there’s an issue. Much more personal data collection and TRACKING YOU across other websites. I can’t check how much money I have in the bank which is crucial for keeping my account current. This new updated app does not work- I am unable to make mobile deposits like I used to (when asked to take a photo of my check, the screen goes black and stays black). This is a huge inconvenience since my primary use for the app is mobile deposits. ### 1/5 — SLOW UPDATES *2023-11-07, version 21.0.1* Every time I make a mobile purchase, it displays as pending on my transactions for sometimes almost a day. Its keeps happening and I keep overdrawing my card because of it. It has been happening every since the new update and at first I thought it was just my connection, but no matter where I went on service or Wi-Fi it never loaded correctly. I’ve requested a future transfer 3 times and it hasn’t gone through. This happens almost every time I want to complete a transfer. Come on this has been an issue for years. Fix it! ### 1/5 — The FaceID doesn’t work after last update *2023-04-07, version 20.2* The app has always been very slow and responsive but after this recent update it attempts to read my FaceID twice and doesn’t login unless I move the camera away from my face on either the first or second attempt. Allowing both attempts gives me an error message saying I entered the wrong user ID or password.
