I had to let other customers go ahead of me while I tried to figure out what was wrong. I attempted multiple logins, reset my password twice, and still, the app wouldn’t work. Frustrated, I gave up and left. Minutes later, I tried logging in through the website, and it worked—though I missed out on a $3.00 discount.
