These ladies truly do care, I greatly appreciate the time they give to support mothers in need. I would recommend giving it a try, see if you like it. 
They really do give 24/7 365 care and it’s greatly appreciated, especially during those long lonely nights pumping/nursing

This has no bearing on the quality of the support offered, but this app is practically non-functional. From getting temporarily locked out of my account to being told I used up an appointment slot that never occurred, I could go on for paragraphs about all the ways my user experience have been extremely frustrating. I’m very appreciative to connect with providers but having to jump through this many hoops to reach them makes it almost not worth it.

I thought I had seen it all with my first bf experience but my second really gave me a run for my money. Pacy was here to help- live help around the clock! These LCs should be getting paid just as well as full time nurses and doctors!
